Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Raze ("the Bot") collects, uses, and stores data when you invite or interact with the Bot on Discord.
2. Data we collect
- Discord user IDs, server (guild) IDs, and channel IDs necessary for Bot functionality
- Moderation case records (actions taken, reasons, timestamps)
- Server configuration settings you set through Bot commands
- Message content only when required by enabled features (e.g. filters, autoresponders)
3. How we use data
Data is used solely to operate Bot features you enable — moderation, logging, antinuke, VoiceMaster, and related utilities. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Configuration and moderation records are retained while the Bot remains in your server. Server owners may request deletion of server-specific data by contacting support.
5. Third-party services
Raze operates on Discord's platform and may use hosting and database providers to deliver the service. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us through the support server to submit a request.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data. No system is completely secure; use the Bot at your own discretion.
8. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
9. Contact
Privacy-related inquiries can be sent through our support Discord server.
