By inviting or using Raze ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of service

Raze provides Discord server moderation, antinuke protection, logging, VoiceMaster, and related utility features. The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Raze to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, harass users, automate spam, or attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the Bot's infrastructure.

4. Server owner responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Raze appropriately, granting permissions deliberately, and ensuring Bot usage complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
